Financial Planning System
This system developed for Fomento Industrial Somex allows long-term financial planning of operating companies and/or new investment projects. Based on operational, economic and financial assumptions, it calculates debt amounts in national and foreign currency as well as short and long-term amounts, to maintain a determined capital structure. Generates Income Statements, Statements of Source and Application of Resources, Balance Sheets, Financial Ratios and graphs for a base period and ten projection periods.

Mathematical Forecasting Methods
System originally programmed in BASIC, allows the projection of numerical data series using 4 different forecasting methods: Adaptive Filter Model, Moving Averages (single and double), Exponential Smoothing (single, double and triple) and Winters Method.

Micro DDC
System developed for Fabricación de Máquinas, S.A. allows the complete elaboration of mechanical drawings. We participate only in the design and programming of the graphical user interface.

ADMI comp
It is a system originally developed for the administration of our company. It has a billing module, a cashier module and an inventory module. Keeps the up to date the inventory of products and account statements of customers and suppliers.

Allows the admininistration of offices attended by one or more doctors. Maintains patient clinical records updated with the treatment performed. Allows the preparation of receipts for medical fees, keeping the account status of each patient updated. It has a module for scheduling appointments.

Land Registry and Property Tax
Developed for the Government of the State of Morelos, this system calculates cadastral values and property taxes at the municipal level. The calculations of the cadastral value and property tax consider different factors such as the location, size and quality of the property and construction. It allows you to show the map and location sketch of each of the properties.​

Advertising Budgeting
Developed for the Mexican Association of Filmmakers, this system programmed in Excel allows the preparation of filming budgets. The system can quote individual or package footage. A navigation subsystem allows the user to quickly navigate to any part of the spreadsheet.

Model Selection
Developed for modeling agency Intercast Mexico, this system allows the feeding and consultation of records referring to models to work on commercials. Selection can be made by attributes such as sex, age, color, hair and eye color as well as body measurements. The registration includes one or more photographs of the model.

System for the Storage and Selection of Graphic Work Photographs
Developed for the National Institute of Fine Arts, this system allows you to quickly locate photographs of the graphic work that has been restored by the Institute. The selection of photographs is carried out by author, dates or by museum where they are exhibited. Image compaction techniques were used for efficient use of the system that already stores more than 40,000 photographs.

Catalog of Art Work and Exhibits
Developed for the Rufino Tamayo Museum in Mexico City, this system allows you to archive and select all of Maestro Rufino Tamayo's art work as well as information related to it. It also includes information from writings about the work in different media. It reports the catalog of the art work showing images, as well as the different exhibitions in other museums, collections and galleries where it has participated.

System for the Control of Public Works
This system was developed for the Undersecretary of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation. The system allows the classification of public works, shows the progress in each of them, and allows the control of the investment made. Shows the location sketch of each of the works. The selection is made by type of work, by agency in charge, by state and by dates.

Management Control System
Also developed for the Undersecretary of Infrastructure, this system allows for monitoring pending issues in each of the areas of the Undersecretariat.

System for the Control of Legal Affairs
System developed for Legal Affairs Management of the Federal Electricity Commission. The system tracks the issues handled by Management, classifying them by type of issue. For each type, record the dates of entry to the court, the procedure carried out and the result of this. Shows the issues dealt with by each of the lawyers.

Maintenance Control System
System originally developed for Motorola Mexico, shows the computer equipment assigned to each person and department, as well as the preventive and corrective maintenance that has been carried out on each part of the equipment. Report maintenance by type, dates and departments.​

ART comp
System that allows the administration of an Art Gallery. It consists of three modules: Billing, Exhibitions and Returns. Show photographs of the work, keep client and author account statements up to date. It allows the printing of certificates of authenticity and tracks the exhibitions held by the gallery.

Public Tenders
System developed for ourselves that allows the preparation and analysis of Public Tenders. Make technical, economic and commercial offers for a tender. Tenders can be in national or foreign currency. Adjusts the tender prices due to devaluation, financing period and granting of extended warranty. Report tenders by client, dates and type of tender. Places orders to suppliers resulting from the tender.

Strategic Account Management
Developed for Apple Computer Mexico, the system manages projects by clients, distributors and wholesalers.

Monitoring of Guarantees and Service Orders
Specifically developed for Apple Computer Latin America, the system allows Apple service providers to feed and consult computer repair orders over the Internet. By entering the product serial number, the system identifies the product, the validity of the warranty, as well as whether any other previous service has been performed. Repair parts and labor costs are calculated in a standard and LAB manner. Report service orders by country, service provider and product, as well as by parts used in the repair.

Briefcase
System that allows you to catalog photographic images by date, subject, technique used and author. The images are shown individually in original size or by group, in reduced size. When you select and activate a reduced size image, it grows to display at its original size. Allows billing of the work, keeping client account statements updated. List of works exhibited in different exhibitions.

Banquets
System developed for Pina Jarquín, allows the preparation of budgets for banquets and social events and pallows billing for this when the budget is accepted by the client. Keeps customer and supplier account statements updated. Report sales by product, customer and supplier.

Budget Control
Specifically developed for Cine Concepto, the system imports budgets previously prepared in Excel and allows you to control the 360 lines that make up a quote for the filming of commercials. It groups the budget lines by concept, obtains subtotals, and adds these to form a cover page with the budget summary. Calculate the difference between the quoted and actual amounts in each budget line in national currency and foreign currency. It allows you to generate one or more money requests for each of the budget lines and warns when the quoted amount was exceeded. Allows the consolidation of two or more commercials. Allows commercial invoicing and keeps invoice payments and client account status updated. Prepare pre-production, production and post-production reports.
